Àlvar Mestres at Salone del Mobile.Milano 2026 — Snaidero

During Salone del Mobile.Milano 2026, sculptural ceramics by Àlvar Mestres were presented within the contemporary interiors of Snaidero.

Placed in dialogue with architectural volumes, refined materials and carefully considered surfaces, the ceramic works introduced an organic and tactile presence to the space.

Each sculpture is shaped by hand using a slab-building technique, without moulds or a potter's wheel. Subtle irregularities and expressive surfaces reveal the natural character of the clay.

Within Snaidero's architectural setting, these handmade forms establish a quiet contrast with the precision of contemporary design.

A dialogue between craftsmanship, sculpture and the spaces we inhabit.
