Worldwide Shipping
All artworks are carefully packed and shipped from my Barcelona studio using trusted international couriers such as UPS, DHL or equivalent tracked services.
Orders that are in stock are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Made-to-order artworks generally require approximately 3–4 weeks for production before shipment.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Times
After dispatch:
- Spain: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 2–5 business days
- United States & Canada: 3–5 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
- Rest of the World: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, weather conditions, transportation delays or circumstances beyond my control.

Collection in Barcelona
Collection may be arranged by appointment for customers located in Barcelona.
Please contact me in advance to arrange a suitable collection time.
Packaging
Every artwork is carefully packaged using reinforced double-walled boxes and protective materials suitable for international transport.
Where possible, recyclable and environmentally responsible packaging materials are used.
Each artwork is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain.
Buyers are responsible for any VAT, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or handling charges that may apply in their country.
Original artworks imported into the United States generally qualify for 0% import duty.
Original artworks imported into the United Kingdom generally qualify for 0% customs duty when correctly classified as artwork.
Local taxes, VAT or administrative processing fees may still apply depending on destination and current regulations.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If a package must be reshipped due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Ship the item back within 21 days of delivery

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase
Return Shipping Costs
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs, customs duties, taxes and import fees are non-refundable.
Returned items must be packaged safely and securely.
If an artwork arrives damaged due to inadequate return packaging, any loss in value may be deducted from the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, commissioned or personalised artworks cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me first and provide photographs together with a brief explanation.
Once authorised, the artwork may be returned in its original condition.
After inspection of the returned artwork, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 30 business days.
Refunds apply to the purchase price of the artwork only.
Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
